Using 1Xpress
By using 1Xpress Logistics, you agree to provide accurate sender, receiver, address, package, payment, and contact details. You are responsible for ensuring that items are lawful, safely packaged, and ready for pickup at the agreed time.
Delivery services
1Xpress supports parcel dispatch, van delivery, truck movement, scheduled cargo, merchant fulfilment, and tracking. Service availability, pricing, estimated delivery times, and vehicle assignment may vary based on distance, item type, capacity, weather, traffic, and operating conditions.
Restricted items
Do not book illegal goods, weapons, hazardous materials, stolen property, cash-heavy consignments, fragile items without proper packaging, perishable goods without prior arrangement, or any item that may endanger drivers, customers, vehicles, or the public.
Payments, cancellations, and failed delivery
Delivery fees must be paid through approved channels. Cancellations, waiting time, failed pickup, wrong addresses, unavailable receivers, extra distance, or changed delivery instructions may attract charges where operational costs have already been incurred.
Proof and responsibility
Tracking updates, photos, signatures, timestamps, delivery notes, and status logs may be used as proof of service. 1Xpress will make reasonable efforts to complete deliveries safely, but customers must declare special handling needs before dispatch.
Account conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, harass drivers or support agents, submit fraudulent requests, interfere with tracking, attempt unauthorized access, or use 1Xpress in a way that disrupts service for other customers.
